Qualifications

• 4 year/Bachelors Degree preferred.
• 24+ months of retail customer service experience.
• Recent financial institution experience as a teller and/or new accounts representative or in a call center role.

Responsibilities

• Achieves established sales and member service goals (NPS, product sales).
• Directs calls to appropriate personnel and adheres to service quality standards.
• Explains Credit Union policies clearly and resolves member concerns.
• Maintains up‑to‑date knowledge of federal regulations related to loans and operations.
• Participates in team meetings to improve delivery and member service.
• Assists members with financial needs and product/service recommendations.
• Punctual attendance and adherence to schedule guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
