Job summary

Central California Alliance for Health is seeking a temporary Member Services assistant to handle frontline calls, assist members and providers, and coordinate non-medical transportation benefits. Training is on-site in Salinas for 6-8 weeks, with possible remote work 1-2 days after three months, depending on business needs.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and familiarity with Windows-based systems and Office tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience in member services or related field.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as frontline customer service representative by phone.
• Facilitate and coordinate non-medical transportation benefits for members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
