The Alliance in Salinas/ Scotts Valley area is seeking a temporary on-site Member Services representative. You will serve as the frontline contact for members and providers, handling calls and coordinating non-medical transportation benefits.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience in member services, health care, public assistance or human services or related environments.
• Ability to use Windows-based PC systems and MS Office applications (Word/Outlook/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Act as frontline customer service representative by phone for members and providers.
• Facilitate and coordinate non-medical transportation benefits for members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
