Responsibilities

• Provides member service and resolves member issues at the front end.
• Maintains checkout area and processes member purchases according to policy.
• Assists with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges for different memberships.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services and supports self-service tech.
• Ensures safety and security, completes safety sweeps and reports unsafe situations.
• Trains associates on processes and new technology, supports program rollouts.
