• Promote Sam's Club products and services and assist with self-service technology.
• Follow safety standards and conduct safety sweeps.
• Assist with training Frontline Services associates on processes and procedures.
• Handle returns in accordance with company policies.
• Zone and organise merchandise; assist with transporting items.
• Comply with Open Door Policy and ethics guidelines.
• Maintain documentation and report unsafe conditions to management.
