Job summary

Walmart in Lakeland, FL is seeking an Associate to provide member service at the front end, process purchases, and promote Sam's Club products and services. You will greet members, verify memberships, and help with purchasing decisions while maintaining a safe, organized checkout area.

Additional duties include resolving member issues, handling payments, returns, and exchanges per policy, following safety procedures, and assisting with training of new Frontline Services associates on processes

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment and cash registers.
• Experience working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service at the checkout area and assist with purchases.
• Promote Walmart/Sam's Club products and services to members.
• Resolve member issues and concerns and process payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Follow safety standards, procedures, and guidelines and assist with training of Frontline Services associates on processes and new technology.
