Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in a member services or financial services role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be eligible to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registration (NMLS) per SAFE Act.
• Successful completion of the formal Member Assistant Training module.
• Ability to balance cashier’s checks and money orders and perform receptionist duties (telephone etiquette, lobby tracking, brochure and rate updates).
• Punctual and regular attendance; flexible working hours to meet department needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality member experience for internal and external members.
• Process transactions and resolve account issues accurately.
• Answer member questions using third‑party systems for check scanning and verification.
• Demonstrate sales and service focus by cross‑selling CEFCU/CEFCU Investment Services products as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with government regulations and CEFCU policies; manage cash drawer within limits.
• Promote professional image and teamwork while supporting office duties.
