Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ experience in member services or banking
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to register with NMLS for SAFE Act
• Successful completion of the Member Assistant Training module
• Ability to balance cashier’s checks and money orders

Responsibilities

• Process transactions, resolve account issues, and answer member questions.
• Use third‑party systems for check scanning and transaction verification.
• Comply with government regulations and CEFCU policies.
• Maintain cash drawer limits.
• Achieve performance goals.
• Emphasize member satisfaction and promote a professional image.
• Promote teamwork and flexibility in scheduling.
• Contribute to office duties and provide the highest quality member experience for both internal and external members.
