Qualifications

• 0-2 years customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to register with the NMLS (SAFE Act).
• Understand Federal and State bank regulations through training.
• Proficient with CEFCU mainframe and third-party systems.
• Basic Word, Excel, Outlook skills.
• Balance Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders; receptionist duties.
• Cross-trained as receptionist within one year.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and resolve account issues.
• Answer member questions with a courteous, professional approach.
• Use third-party systems for checks and verification.
• Maintain cash drawer limits and regulatory compliance.
• Promote CEFCU products and services to members.
