Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships and explain Y programs
• Assist with tours and inquiries from prospective members
• Resolve membership concerns and escalate when needed
• Support daily operations and participate in staff meetings
