ABNB Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to assist members with all Credit Union needs and to process transactions efficiently. The role requires explaining products, opening/closing accounts, and resolving issues through in-branch or remote channels.

The position emphasizes friendly service, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines, with opportunities for growth and promotions within a member-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and basic SharePoint.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and prospective members with all Credit Union needs.
• Process financial transactions accurately and independently.
• Explain products and services to members and identify suitable options.
• Open and close various types of accounts and maintain files.
• Respond to member questions and resolve issues via in-branch, phone, email, or chat.
