Job summary

ABNB Federal Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Representative to assist members with all credit union services, process transactions, and open/close accounts. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and basic PC/software proficiency to ensure accurate service and compliance.

You will handle inquiries via in-branch, calls, email, and other channels, maintain professionalism, and support branch operations and customer relationships daily.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years in similar or related role.
• Ability to operate a PC and related software with average speed and accuracy.
• Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SharePoint is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and prospective members with all Credit Union services.
• Process routine transactions and explain products to meet financial needs.
• Open/close accounts and ensure proper documentation and signatures.
• Respond to inquiries via in-branch, phone, email, and other channels.
• Maintain professional, courteous conduct with members and coworkers.
• Support branch operations and safety rules.
