Qualifications

• 0-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Must be eligible to register with NMLS (SAFE Act).
• Formal Member Assistant Training and continuing education related to BSA, Identity Theft, Elderly Abuse/Financial Exploitation and robbery procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and answer member questions.
• Resolve account issues and maintain cash drawer accuracy.
• Cross-sell CEFCU/CEFCU Investment Services products and services.
