Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Ohio is seeking a Branch Specialist to greet members, handle DMV-related services where offered, and guide customers to the right service area. This full-time role emphasizes high-quality service and member satisfaction.

Responsibilities include selling memberships, processing payments, issuing passport photos, notary services, travel arrangements, and cash handling, with a focus on accurate transactions and compliance. Notary license may be obtained within 1 year.

Qualifications

• High School GED is required.
• 1-3 years Branch Specialist 1 and/or 2 or related experience is required.
• Basic computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and perform basic accounting duties.
• Notary license if required; Notary Public preferred within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide DMV registration services where offered; follow DMV/state and Club procedures.
• Prepare TripTiks; provide maps, tour books and travel materials.
• Assist members with hotel and/or car reservations.
• Promote and sell AAA memberships.
• Process membership payments and upgrades; offer auto-renew.
• Process insurance payments and renewals.
• Issue passport photos and IDP’s.
• Process Travel Money transactions; sell merchandise and tickets.
• Balance cash drawer; prepare daily deposits.
• Perform notary services per NNA and Club procedures.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on member needs.
