Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Branch Specialist to greet members by phone and in person, assess service requirements, and provide or direct services. The role may involve notary and DMV transactions, travel-related assistance, and daily administrative tasks in a busy club branch.

You will mentor junior staff and support scheduling, while contributing to high customer service standards. This is an on-site branch position with opportunities to grow within the club.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 4–6 years branch experience preferred.
• Solid computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Proficiency in State DMV licensing system.

Responsibilities

• Greets members by phone and in person; determines service needs.
• Provides requested services or directs to the appropriate area.
• Notary and DMV service transactions and other admin duties as needed.
• Mentors and trains junior employees; assists with timekeeping.
• Prepares daily reports and handles cash-related tasks.
