Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Branch Specialist to greet members, assist with DMV transactions, travel services, and memberships. Notary duties may be provided where allowed, and notary licensing is welcome within a year.

The role emphasizes high-level customer service per Club standards. You will also prepare TripTiks, arrange hotel and car reservations, process payments and renewals, and mentor junior staff while handling cash and daily reports.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 4-6 years Branch Specialist 2/3 or related experience preferred.
• Solid computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Proficiency with the State DMV licensing system.
• Notary license within 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by phone and in person and determine service needed.
• Provide DMV registration services where offered; follow DMV/Club procedures.
• Prepare TripTiks, maps, and travel materials; assist with reservations.
• Promote and sell AAA memberships and process payments.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with reports; mentor junior staff.
