Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• 1–12 months of teller or cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate teller terminals and PC equipment accurately.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify members and verify ownership for transactions per policy.
• Accept deposits/payments, process withdrawals and loan advances within limits.
• Balance cash drawers and cash recyclers daily with accuracy.
• Resolve member concerns using available resources and CRM.
• Cross-sell or refer services while maintaining compliance and privacy.
• Maintain branch cash controls and assist in ATM duties as needed.
