Job summary

Keesler Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller Service Representative I in the Retail Operations department. Under general supervision, you will post transactions, balance cash, and maintain negotiable instruments while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

You will support sales and service initiatives by identifying member needs and referring appropriate credit union products. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills are essential, along with do-not-spread confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–12 months of teller or related experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate PC equipment and teller terminals.
• Demonstrates confidentiality and dependability in all duties.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers and verify identity for transactions.
• Accept deposits and payments, process withdrawals and loan advances.
• Balance cash drawer and cash recyclers daily.
• Resolve member inquiries and refer cross-sales where appropriate.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist members.
