• Research participant accounts and resolve routine inquiries.
• Document participant interactions in the administration system.
• Assist with enrollment forms, benefit applications, and beneficiary updates.
• Coordinate with Claims, Eligibility, Pension, Contributions, Accounting, and Plan Administration.
• Meet customer service and productivity standards.
