Responsibilities

• Provide basic counseling on products and services to members.
• Assist with opening/maintaining deposits and loans.
• Resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and educate members.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
• Support teammates with knowledge sharing as you gain experience.
• Ensure cash and negotiable instruments are handled securely.
• Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
