Job summary

You will assist members with opening and maintaining deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products, process routine transactions, and research discrepancies while upholding regulatory requirements and safeguarding member assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic counseling on products and services to meet member needs.
• Assist members with opening and maintaining deposit accounts, loans, and other products.
• Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and strengthen member relationships.
• Understand and comply with relevant regulations related to financial products and services.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge as you gain experience.
• Ensure cash and negotiable instruments are handled securely.
• Process routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
