First Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Member Services Associate to be the in-office liaison with members via phone and chat. A friendly, professional, outgoing attitude and the ability to resolve issues are essential.

Responsibilities include handling high call volumes, explaining products, researching information, processing deposits and online banking issues, and maintaining member records. Weekend availability may be required.
