Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience by delivering superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests at our gym.

You will greet members, handle front desk activities, answer phones, sign up new members, lead tours, update accounts, and resolve questions promptly, with professionalism and a smile. This frontline role requires reliability and a passion for fitness.

Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.

• Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
