Renaissance Pointe YMCA in Fort Wayne is seeking a part-time Membership Services Representative to welcome members and deliver high-quality service. You will build authentic relationships, address inquiries, and provide friendly support in person and by phone within a welcoming, inclusive YMCA environment.

Ideal candidates demonstrate reliable transportation, strong communication, and clerical skills, and thrive in a busy, people-focused setting that supports lifelong community involvement.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• If 18 or older, must have a high school diploma, GED, or the equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Demonstrates effective communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, reliable, self-motivated, and able to handle stress well.
• Attentive to details, organized, and proficient at clerical and computer skills.
• Able to relate to and communicate with diverse groups of people.
