Job summary

The Renaissance Pointe YMCA is seeking a part-time Membership Services Representative to welcome and assist members, acting as a friendly ambassador for the YMCA. You will deliver high-quality service in person and by phone, ensuring member needs are met in a diverse community.

Responsibilities include building relationships, maintaining satisfaction, and communicating effectively. This role offers flexible scheduling and a chance to contribute to community empowerment within the YMCA in Fort

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• If 18 or older, must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Demonstrates effective communication and customer service skills. Dependable, reliable, self-motivated, and able to handle stress well.
• Attentive to details, organized, and proficient at clerical and computer skills.
• Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people.
