Overview

The Member Services Representative will create a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Responsibilities

1. Greet members, prospective members, and guests, offering exceptional customer service.
2. Handle front desk activities including:

• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Check members into the system.
• Sign up new members.
• Conduct tours for prospective members.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the club.
