Job Summary

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, assisting callers, checking members in, signing up new members, and giving tours to prospective members.
• Facilitate updates to members' accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Physical Demands
