Job summary

Crunch, LLC is seeking a Member Service Representative (MSR) to be the first and last impression for members. You will deliver a warm welcome, provide legendary service, manage front desk tasks, drive appointments, assist with membership processes, and support the club's energy and flow to aid retention and guest satisfaction.

You will report to a Manager and contribute to brand culture through strong customer service, attendance, and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales
• Greet all members and guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club.
• Check in all members and guests per company procedures
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members
• Handle member requests or escalate to a manager
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning)
• Process payments for member services per procedures
• Know club facilities, services and schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist in all projects as directed by club management
• Follow policies and procedures in Employee Handbook
• Handle opening and closing duties

As an MSR, your job is to deliver a warm welcome, provide legendary service, and ensure every guest leaves with great experience. You will manage front desk responsibilities, drive appointments, assist with membership processes, and support the energy and flow of the club. This role is crucial to retention, lead conversion, and brand culture.

• Membership Sales

• Maintain professional disposition at all times

• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
