Crunch Fitness is seeking a Member Service Representative to be the first and last impression of every member’s visit. You will deliver a warm welcome, provide legendary service, manage front desk duties, drive appointments, and assist with membership processes to support retention and brand culture.

This role emphasizes greeting, check-in, and responsive communication while maintaining a positive, professional atmosphere and contributing to a premium guest experience at the club.

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales
• Greet members and guests with a smile and exit well.
• Check in members and guests per procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in.
• Answer phones courteously and professionally.
• Communicate events to members/guests.
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle member requests or escalate to manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Sell retail products.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning).
• Process payments for member services.
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist in projects as directed by management.
• Follow Employee Handbook policies; opening/closing duties.

As an MSR, your job is to deliver a warm welcome, provide legendary service, and ensure every guest leaves with great experience. You will manage front desk responsibilities, drive appointments, assist with membership processes, and support the energy and flow of the club. This role is crucial to retention, lead conversion, and brand culture.

Responsibilities:

• Membership Sales
• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services: tanning, etc
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
• Opening and closing duties
