Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the friendly face of our facilities in Fargo, ND. You will greet members and guests, check them in, and manage messages in the club software while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

You will answer phones, relay information about events and services, sell retail products, and schedule member services like tanning and hydro-massage. A CPR certification and experience with children are required by policy.

Qualifications

• Valid Child/Infant CPR Certification is required.
• Experience working with children is required.
• Certifications as local/state laws require.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a smile and check them in according to procedures.
• Handle messages and requests in club software at check-in and on phones.
• Explain and promote member services and retail products.
• Schedule member services such as tanning and hydro-massage.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist management as needed.

The Member Services Representative (MSR) is the first and last interaction our members have at our facilities so they are the face of our operation! The MSR handles all preliminary guest questions and concerns and works to maintain a fun and supportive atmosphere for our members.

Expectations

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Always maintain professional disposition
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services: tanning, hydro-massage, etc.
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook

Requirements

• Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
• Experience working with children
• Certifications, as local/state laws require

Physical Requirements

• Lift 10 lbs. on occasion
• Stand, bend and squat with frequency
• Climb and hang decorations when needed
