Crunch Fitness seeks a customer-focused Front Desk Associate to greet members and guests, handle check-ins, and answer phones in a friendly and professional manner. You will process membership sales, communicate events, and support club operations to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate check-ins, handling member service requests, and assisting in all club duties while following company policies and schedules.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required.
• Proficient reading and writing skills.
• Computer skills needed for club software and basic operations.

• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software at member check-in.
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Open and close duties and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities:

• Membership Sales
• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures

• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services: tanning, etc
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
• Opening and closing duties
