Glow Brands seeks a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver a superior member experience at our Louisville gym location. You will be the first contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and professional service.

Greet and check in members, sign up new members, guide tours, update accounts, and answer questions promptly. Maintain front desk operations and club cleanliness; expect a 5-day week with a 40–45 hour schedule depending on status.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including:
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
  • Check members into the system.
  • New member sign-up.
  • Take prospective members on tours.
• Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Candidate should expect to work five days per week, and approximately a 40-to-45-hour work schedule depending on hourly or salary status.

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking with members and managers in person or on the phone during shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift. (training and protective equipment are provided to ensure safety)
• Ability to work independently and alone during shifts as business needs require.
