Job summary

Planet Fitness - CCMO is seeking a Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience through outstanding customer service at the front desk of the Sterling location. You will greet members and guests, assist with check-ins, new sign-ups, and tours to prospective members, and support updates to member accounts.

Physical Demands

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Must be able to occassionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
