This role involves answering general inquiries, performing account maintenance, and meeting/exceeding key critical metrics. You will research and resolve problems with urgency and take ownership of member concerns, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. You will also identify opportunities to offer additional credit union products and services, generating referrals to deepen member relationships. A thorough understanding of credit union policies, procedures, and regulations is essential, and you will perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

You will work in a dynamic call centre environment within the credit union, with a comprehensive training programme lasting 6 weeks (4 weeks training, 2 weeks nesting). The role operates from Tuesday to Saturday, between 8 am and 6 pm. After 90 days, based on quality and key performance indicators, team members may apply to work from home. Opportunities for advancement within the company are available after one year in the role.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.50/hr.
