Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a friendly, customer-focused Member Services Representative to provide exceptional face-to-face service in a Mountain Home, AR branch. You’ll handle everyday banking transactions, issue debit cards, and build strong member relationships while delivering an outstanding experience.

You will serve as the first point of contact, assisting with balance inquiries and routine services, while ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fully onsite role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience in a service environment.
• Cash handling experience and accuracy are required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members with financial service needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other cash transactions accurately.
• Create and issue debit cards.
• Answer member questions and resolve account inquiries.
• Build and maintain positive member relationships through excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

About The Opportunity

We're seeking a friendly, customer-focused Member Services Representative to provide exceptional face-to-face service in a branch environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, handling financial transactions, and building strong customer relationships.

You’ll serve as the first point of contact for members, assisting with everyday banking transactions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members with their financial service needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other cash transactions accurately.
• Create and issue debit cards.
• Answer member questions and provide solutions to account-related inquiries.
• Build and maintain positive member relationships through exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle confidential member information with professionalism and accuracy.
• Assist members with a variety of branch services and transactions.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 2 years of face-to-face customer service experience in retail, hospitality, banking, or another service-oriented environment.
• Cash handling experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to pass a credit check.

Preferred

• Previous bank teller or financial institution experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Mountain Home, AR.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
