TEKsystems in Winchester, VA is seeking Member Support Representatives for a Contract to Hire role in a 24/7 contact center. You will serve as the first point of contact, helping members with accounts, cards, loans, and more, while delivering empathetic and clear guidance.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; candidates should be great communicators, curious, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role blends on-site and remote work in Winchester.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winchester, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
