TEKsystems is seeking a benefits clerk contractor in El Paso, TX, offering hybrid work. You will handle inbound calls to assist employees with benefits, explain complex insurance programs, and record enrollments. Training will cover call-center skills and NICE benefits knowledge.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service, comfort with computers, and a patient, compassionate approach. This role is based in El Paso with a hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with office software and ability to navigate multiple tabs.
• Nice to have knowledge of benefits concepts or call center environments.

Taking 30-40 inbound calls a day in a que Examines, assesses, and combines data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization. Pinpoints needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures. Records employee enrollment in benefits. Explains and interprets more complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents. Utilizes specialty in a more complex aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring more in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures than the Benefit Clerk.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
