Job summary

TEKsystems in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Member Service Representative for a hybrid role with remote work restrictions (must live within 60 miles of Jacksonville). The position is contract-to-hire, offering a $20.75 hourly pay and schedule coverage across Sun–Sat from 11:30am to 12am CST.

Responsibilities include answering member inquiries in a high-volume contact center, guiding product/service information, and performing transactions across accounts while identifying optimal solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer Literacy, Customer Service Skills and Typing Speed (Assessments will be Required)
• HS Diploma/GED Equivalent minimum
• MUST be able to have a hard-wired connection to router in home workspace
• No Time Off during training

Schedules Range: Sun-Sat, between the hours of 11:30am - 12am CST (5 day work week, 8 hr days)

Start Dates: September 28th, October 13th and October 19th

Description

• To respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high volume, schedule-driven and structured contact center operation.
• Provide information regarding Client's products and services demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
• Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.
• Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.
