Responsibilities:
- Membership Sales
- Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
- Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
- Facilitate messages on club software at member check-in
- Answer phones courteously, helpfully, and professionally
- Communicate upcoming events to members and guests
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for members
- Handle member requests or escalate to a manager
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Sell retail products
- Schedule member services such as tanning
- Process payments for member services following company procedures
- Know club facilities, services, and schedules
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist with delegated projects from club management
- Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Perform opening and closing duties
Meetings:
- Attend monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training sessions
