What You Will Do

1. Answer patient calls at the Primary Care Call Center and gather necessary information to process the call.
2. Understand each practice's and provider's schedules and preferences.
3. Collaborate with practice staff and providers on patient care and coordination, including:
   • Pre-visit planning and insurance eligibility checks.
   • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
   • Accurately documenting information in the EMR system.
   • Communicating post-visit care plans with patients.
4. Maintain professionalism and treat patients, co-workers, and leadership with respect at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare, medical terminology, insurance products, and benefits coordination.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Availability to work EST hours.
• Comfortable working remotely (preference for applicants in MA & TX).
