Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a front desk team member to support membership sales and member services at our Mechanicsburg club. You will greet guests, process check-ins, assist with club software, and communicate events to members with a courteous, proactive approach.

The role requires strong customer service, English fluency, basic computer skills, and professionalism in all interactions. Prior gym or retail experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow within the club.

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales.
• Greet all members & guests with a smile and exit politeness.
• Check in all members and guests per procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in.
• Answer phones in courteous, professional manner.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members.
• Facilitate member requests or escalate to manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Sell retail products.
• Schedule member services such as tanning.
• Process payments for member services per procedures.
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist in projects as directed by club management.
• Follow policies in Employee Handbook.
• Opening and closing duties.
