Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Growth Capital is seeking a front desk associate in Belle Vernon, PA to drive membership sales and deliver outstanding member service. You will greet guests, check in members, and coordinate messages in our club software while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

You will answer phones, inform members of events, assist with service scheduling, payments, and basic retail sales. This role emphasizes professionalism, organization, and teamwork with club management.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong reading and writing abilities.
• Proficient reading and writing skills required.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships to new and existing members.
• Greet all members and guests with a smile and exit warmly.
• Check in all members and guests following company procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software at member check-in.
• Answer phones in a courteous, professional manner.
• Inform members about special events and activities.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for all members.
• Handle member requests or escalate to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Sell retail products to members and guests.
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning) as needed.
• Process payments for member services per procedures.
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in projects as directed by club management.
• Follow policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
• Perform opening and closing duties.

• Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services: tanning, etc
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
