Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Cranberry Township is seeking an energetic team member to drive membership sales and deliver exceptional front-desk service. You will greet members, handle check-ins, and promote club services while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key tasks include answering calls, scheduling member services, processing payments, and staying informed about club offerings. Reports to Club Manager and participates in regular staff meetings.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and have strong reading/writing abilities.
• Basic computer skills required to operate club software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales
• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests per company procedures
• Facilitate messages on club software at check-in
• Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome
• Assist with member requests or escalate to a manager
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services (e.g., tanning)
• Process payments for member services per procedures
• Know club facilities, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook
• Opening and closing duties
