Conexon Connect is hiring a Member Service Representative to deliver 5-star customer service to Rural America subscribers. You will listen empathetically, reference product knowledge, and provide accurate information to resolve inquiries.

Our Member Service Representatives take incoming questions from customers and offer resolution through active and empathetic listening then sharing a wide depth and breadth of knowledge (after becoming a subject matter expert) in our products and services.

Requirements

• Have flexibility in your schedule for work purposes - ours is a 6a.m. to 6p.m. schedule, 6 days a week. Plenty of advance notice is given for scheduling purposes
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, active listening skills and a strong eye for details
• Strong communication skills and unflappable, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask between systems and adapt to change
• Analytical thinker with technical aptitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solid computer skills
• 1 year customer service/or technical support experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Telecom industry experience a definite plus
• Bilingual
• Experience with billing and pricing

Job Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to Conexon Members
• Demonstrate clear and effective communication with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly (yet accurately) resolve issues and ensure member satisfaction
• Assist potential members in identifying if they are currently in Conexon’s service area
• Assist new members with new account creation and plan selection
• Answer general account questions including billing, pricing and service details
• And assist with projects and other duties that continuously improve our department and create career development opportunities for you

We are hiring for the following shifts:

Shift 1- 8:30a-5:30p- Monday-Friday: Off Saturday, Sunday

Shift 2- 8:30a-5:30p- Monday-Thursday, Saturday; Off Friday, Sunday

Shift 3- 9a-6p- Monday-Friday: Off Saturday, Sunday

Shift 4- 9a-6p- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday: Off Thursday, Sunday
