Apex Staffing is seeking a Member Services Representative in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role involves answering phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, and processing insurance payments. You will also handle clerical duties as directed by associates.

The ideal candidate will possess an upbeat attitude, excellent communication skills, and professional phone etiquette. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Job description

The Member Services Representative position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agent or associates. We will train the right person!

Job Responsibilities

• Immediately greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
