Job summary

WESTconsin Credit Union is seeking a part-time teller in Chippewa Falls, WI. This on-site role handles member transactions with a focus on accuracy and friendly service.

You'll work 25–37.5 hours per week with every-other-Saturday rotation, enjoy competitive pay and benefits, and be part of a team that emphasizes community and financial wellbeing.

Qualifications

• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a proven track record in customer service.
• Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills is required.
• A positive attitude, professional image, and self-motivation are essential in the teller role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• This includes an every other Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of transactions.
• Responds to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or directs them to proper person for assistance and resolution.
• Learns to recognize member's needs for services, and presents and refers them appropriately.
• Handles all monetary transactions for members.

The starting rate for this role is $18.86 per hour.
