Job summary

WESTconsin Credit Union is seeking a Teller to handle transactions and deliver friendly, confidential member service in a fast-paced environment. You will process financial transactions, address member inquiries, and refer needs to the right teams as you build lasting relationships.

The role requires a High school diploma or equivalent, basic computer and data entry skills, and excellent communication. It includes an every-other-Saturday rotation and competitive benefits.

• Proficiency in basic computer use, data entry and typing is required.
• Positive attitude, professional image and self-motivation are essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in processing transactions.
• Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints and direct them to the proper person for resolution.
• Learn to recognize member needs for services and present and refer them appropriately.
• Handle all monetary transactions for members.

The starting rate for this role is $18.86 per hour.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
