Job Responsibilities:

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club.
• Check in all members and guests according to company procedures.
• Facilitate messages on club software during member check-in.
• Answer phones courteously, helpfully, and professionally.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome.
• Handle member requests or forward them to a manager.
• Maintain a professional disposition at all times.
• Sell retail products.
• Process payments for member services following company procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about club facilities, services, and schedules.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist with projects delegated by club management.
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Perform opening and closing duties.

Meetings:

• Attend monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training sessions.
