Job Summary
  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle all front desk activities including:
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
  • Check members into the system.
  • Assist with new member sign-up.
  • Conduct tours for prospective members.
  • Update member accounts as needed.
  • Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the club.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Passion for fitness and health.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to listen, empathize, and solve problems.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 18 or older.
Physical Demands
  • Stand and walk continuously during shift.
  • Talk in person and on the phone regularly.
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • May encounter toxic chemicals occasionally.
