We are searching for a Member Services Representative to join our team!

As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional “Judgement Free” member experience!

Skills Required
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Basic computer proficiency with an eye for accuracy
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers, exceeding expectations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service
  • Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions
  • Check members in or give tours to prospective members
  • Log amenities
  • Communicate updates and events to members and guests
  • Respond to member questions and concerns professionally and promptly
  • Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases using the point of sale system
  • Assist with new membership cards, address changes, and billing questions via POS system
  • Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and organized
  • Perform facility cleaning and upkeep: mopping spills, trash removal, cleaning windows/mirrors, re-racking weights
  • Clean exercise equipment and tanning beds regularly
  • Maintain restroom and wet area cleanliness and stock supplies
Physical Demands
  • Stand and walk continually during shift
  • Talk in person or on the phone throughout the shift
  • Lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
  • Encounter toxic chemicals occasionally
